LOCATION:

The Villa is located at the exclusive area of Las Palmas at Casa de Campo Resort! The villa is located about 1.3 miles from the beach, 1 mile from the marina, and has an incredibly private backyard – with expansive views of the golf course and the Caribbean Sea. The villa is very centrally located and gives easy access to all of Casa de Campo’s unique amenities, including Minitas Beach, the resort hotel, the shops and restaurants of the marina, and the beautifully-styled village of Altos de Chavon.

Casa de Campo Resort is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security. The villa overlooks the golf course and you can even see the ocean in the distance.

Since it opened in La Romana almost 50 years ago as the first resort in the Dominican Republic, Casa de Campo Resort & Villas has been a favorite luxury destination for discerning travelers and celebrities the world over. To get around the resort, the villa rental includes a golf touring cart, which you may use to go anywhere inside Casa de Campo.

THE SPACE:

Las Palmas 22 is an 8-bedroom villa with private swimming pool & Jacuzzi, cozy furnished terrace, huge backyard with a big lawn area surrounded by tall palm trees and a playground for children. This villa features an open floor plan with beautiful décor and design that implements lots of comfortable furniture, marble floors, and baths, double-height ceilings.

The villa is tropical, modern, and stylish and allows the warm, Caribbean breeze to flow throughout the entire property. Contemporary furniture, decor, and luxurious stone/coral/wood finishing give the interior design a very stylish feature. Light colors, high ceilings and lots of interior/exterior water features, and small, green oases give this villa a very pleasant and relaxing vibe.

The Villa instantly invites you to relax and unwind and forget about the stress of everyday life. Here is the place for you to spend the best time together with your family & friends.

The villa has air conditioning in all rooms as well as ceiling fans – and there is usually always a nice breeze from the ocean.

The garden provides plenty of green space to enjoy and if you are traveling with children, this is a great place for them to play. There is an abundance of space and also a playground with swings, a slide, overhead climbers, a treehouse, etc. - so get ready for lots of fun games!

Spend your days swimming and playing in the pool or in the garden. Enjoy your meals in the outdoor dining area overlooking the lawn and take a nap in the comfortable sofas on the terrace.

MAIN FLOOR:

On the main floor of this Villa, you’ll find the beautiful dining room and separate, expansive family entertainment living room with TV/DVD/ iPod dock radio and air-condition. The family room opens to a covered terrace overlooking the ocean and connects to the outer deck and pool.

The 3 master bedrooms are located on the main floor. Each master bedroom has a king bed, a single pull-out bed, closet space, air-condition, ceiling fan, TV, and a private bathroom. Each master bedroom also has a small terrace, sitting above a pond and overlooking the swimming pool and outdoor areas.

The formal indoor dining room seats 16 persons and has air-conditioning, double-height ceilings, and beautiful chandeliers. It's the perfect place to host elegant dinners. Or, if you prefer to dine more casually, you can choose to have your meals outside on the covered terrace.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and commercial restaurant appliances. The villa includes a cook, who will prepare your daily meals in the villa (groceries are not included), so you have less to worry about during your vacation.

UPSTAIRS:

There are 3 bedrooms located upstairs, each with 2 queen beds, closet space, air-condition, ceiling fan, TV, and a private bathroom.

Upstairs, you’ll also find a cozy sitting area with custom-made sofa beds. This is the perfect place to relax with a good book or to just take a quick nap.

DOWNSTAIRS:

On this floor, you’ll find the remaining 2 bedrooms and also the private home movie theater with a 120-inch big-screen and surround sound! There is one bedroom with 2 queen beds and one large bedroom with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds.

CASA DE CAMPO RESORT FEE:

The villa rental does not include the mandatory Casa de Campo Resort fee, which must be paid on arrival at the resort:

• Adults over 12 years old: US$ 25 per person per night

• Kids from 4-12 years old: US$ 12 per person per night

• Kids under 4 years old: FREE

The Resort Fee gives you access to the facilities and amenities of Casa de Campo Resort, including 3 Pete Dye golf courses*, fitness center, tennis courts, restaurants & bars ($), use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool by the main hotel area & Minitas Beach, Altos de Chavon ($) and more. Food & beverages must be paid directly to the bar/restaurant and is never included in your villa rental ($). All sports activities and facilities have an additional fee and facilities may be closed on certain days for private events, maintenance, etc. ($) *Guests do not have access to La Romana Country Club (private, members only golf course).

VILLA STAFF:

When you stay in our amazing Luxury Villa, you’ll have a cook, a butler/waiter, a maid and a gardener included. The maid will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens. The cook will prepare your daily meals at the villa (groceries are not included). The butler/waiter speaks English, and he will serve you drinks, serve the food and tend to your needs.

You’ll also have a villa manager during your stay. This is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g. transfers, excursions, reservations for restaurants, spa treatments, reservations for golf, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc. if you have not booked these prior to your arrival. Our villa managers speak English and Spanish as a minimum and will be on property to greet you when you arrive to the villa and available throughout your entire stay.

PRE-ARRIVAL CONCIERGE SERVICES:

Once you book Las Palmas 22, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the villa rental price:

• Private airport transfers from Santo Domingo, La Romana and/or Punta Cana Airports

• Rental cars and other transportation

• Golf cart rental (for convenient transportation inside the resort; not for use on the golf courses)

• Spa treatments or in-villa massages

• Golf tee time reservations with shared transportation

• Excursions (catamaran, deep sea fishing, ATVs, zip lines, etc.)
